Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven
Agency Manager to help lead our team, strengthen daily operations, and drive continued agency growth.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Agency Owner to execute business strategies, develop team members, improve office performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance people management, sales performance, customer relationships, and operational excellence. You'll be expected to lead by example, identify opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and support team members in achieving individual and agency goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to strengthen team effectiveness.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture.
- Help establish clear expectations and ensure consistent follow-through on responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee performance, engagement, and professional development.
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Help drive agency growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, retention, and other key performance indicators.
- Coach team members on effective sales conversations, customer needs assessments, and appropriate product recommendations.
- Support marketing initiatives, lead generation efforts, and community outreach activities.
- Work with the Agency Owner to develop and execute strategies that support agency production and growth objectives.
Agency Operations & Customer Experience
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and consistent service standards.
- Maintain accountability for customer follow-up, workflow management, and timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Assist with escalated customer concerns and ensure a professional, solutions-focused approach.
- Identify operational challenges and implement processes that improve productivity and the customer experience.
- Support adherence to State Farm requirements, agency procedures, and applicable insurance regulations.
