We’re expanding our remote sales team and looking for motivated people who want more control over their income, schedule, and long-term career.

This is a fully remote opportunity that can be started part time or built into a full-time career. If you have experience in customer service, call centers, inside sales, hospitality, retail, or another client-facing role, you may already have many of the skills needed to succeed.

No insurance experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective clients by phone
• Ask questions to understand their needs and goals
• Follow a proven sales process
• Review available solutions and explain options
• Assist clients through the application process
• Manage your own follow-up and client pipeline
• Build long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, sales, call centers, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused role
• Comfortable speaking with clients and handling objections
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
• Motivated by performance-based income
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license and complete required training

Licensing guidance, training, systems, and ongoing support are provided.

Compensation & Position Structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity for people who want their income tied to what they produce rather than capped by an hourly wage or fixed salary.

There is no income ceiling. Compensation can grow through high commissions, production bonuses, residual payouts, increased contract levels, and leadership compensation for those who choose that path. Eligible agents also have access to the Integrity Health Plan.

There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Actual income depends on individual activity, consistency, production, placement, and performance.
