SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTER NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Principal Function: The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is responsible for providing primary health care, acute care, education, immunization, health screenings, emergency response, and collaborating with school staff, parents, and other healthcare providers to develop and coordinate care plans for the Healthy Eagle Clinic location in Austin, IN. Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm - Vacation, sick, and personal time after probation period.
