Key Accountabilities: Lead and mentor Agile teams, assist several Agile teams in adhering to Agile practices and concepts by offering advice and mentoring. Lead advanced Scrum ceremonies to increase team productivity, lead advanced sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Recognize and remove complicated impediments that could impede team growth using your experience to find workable solutions. Coach and develop Agile talent through coaching and training sessions, team members, product owners, and stakeholders can enhance their Agile competencies. Take the helm of projects to improve Agile methods, instruments, and procedures using cutting-edge techniques to maximize group productivity. Encourage cooperation and openness both inside and between teams.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree. 5-8 years of experience in an Agile role, such as Scrum Master. Advanced understanding of agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Strong coaching, facilitation, and leadership abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred is certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or as an equivalent.
